How I Like to Work
It’s really important to me that I create a genuine and trusting relationship with the people I work with. I know it can sometimes feel daunting accessing therapy, so my goal is to provide a space where clients can feel safe to explore their experiences and difficulties.
I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience in the NHS. I’ve worked in a variety of settings including child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS), mental health inpatient hospitals, paediatric psychology services and perinatal mental health teams.
I draw on a range of psychological models and work creatively to meet the needs of my clients. I work with adults, children and adolescents, and have specialist interests in low mood and anxiety, as well as supporting children and adolescents, and working with parents in the postpartum period and beyond.
My Credentials and Registration
I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Salomons Institute (Canterbury Christ Church University) and hold a Foundation qualification in Systemic Theory and Practice. I am a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), UK.
